Amigos de SF Spanish Immersion Preschool offers a nurturing, fun, and developmentally appropriate Spanish immersion environment for children ages 2-5. We are a year-round, full-day, art-based preschool with full—and part-time schedules.

What does Amigos de SF preschool look like during a pandemic?
Amigos de SF closely follows all guidance from the San Mateo Department of Public Health. That includes strongly recommended, but not required, masking for students and teachers. We require negative covid tests or isolation after symptoms, and masking and testing following any close contact exposures. We have a mandatory Covid-19 vaccination policy for our teachers. We are happy to answer additional questions.
1.All teachers are fully vaccinated with an additional booster.
2.Air flow and ventilation are top priority. Students spend most of the day outdoors. When students are indoors the school uses HEPA air filters. Teachers keep a window open to allow for ventilation.
4.Teachers and parents work in unison. Parents and teachers work together and check in at morning drop off. Together we recognize if there has been a change in the child’s health. Teachers do a health check on students at drop off. Students’ temperatures are taken at drop off.
